If you need a really good optometrist you will not be disappointed

You would think that going to the eye doctor would be pretty straight forward, but I've been going to different optometrist since the 7th grade and it's never been such a pleasure as it was here! I called about seven different places trying to get an appointment after 6pm, since I work 9-5, and this was the only place that had no problem with a last minute request and late appt. The receptionist was also really pleasant. I work in hospitality and am usually really critical of customer service. Doctor Shane was first rate! He explained everything to me, was pleasant and professional. You can tell he truly loves what he does.He let me take two different contact brands home to try out which one I preferred and made sure that my insurance info was correct so that I would get the full benefit amount. I didn't look at the selection of eye glasses bc I was there for contacts so I can't speak about that. But if you need a really good optometrist you will not be disappointed with this place!
